There are some exciting new upgrades taking place at Zetnet. These improvements allow our hosting services to leap to the next level, with better servers, software, and support! Please read this email carefully so you can take advantage of the robust new set of features we have made available to you at no additional cost.

Some new features* to note include...

• EasySiteWizard Pro - build a professional site in three easy steps. Choose from hundreds of templates, and thousands of royalty free images to build your custom site.
• Photo Album - Share your photos online with friends and family using this easy to use tool.
• File Restore - make stress-free changes to your website.
• SSL Manager - install SSL certificates quickly and easily.
• Announcer Pro - Send html email news letters to your clients, friends or family

Here's what you'll need to be aware of...

• FTP - Here are the conventions for FTP access to your site
  • Host - ftp.[YourDomain.tld] or ftp.zetnet.co.uk
  • Username - [YourDomain.tld]
  • Password - [password]
  Please note your username and or password may have had to be amended to comply with the rules of the new system. Please note however your webspace address has not changed.
• Website OS (your website's NEW Control Panel) - has a multitude of easy to use applications to edit, maintain and promote your site. As with all our applications, there is a help file you can use by clicking the "?" in the top right corner of each application.
  • Go to http://shell.zetnet.co.uk/ and click the Web Site OS4 link
  • User Name - YourDomain.tld
  • Password - [password]
• We are now providing a generic SSL certificate to all of our users. If you place content in the "secure" folder in your domain root directory you can view it through the generic SSL certificate of https://secure25.securewebsession.com/YourDomain.tld
• As we complete this migration to the new data center, we will ensure none of your data is lost. To do this, the content of your site will be frozen between now and May 5th. During this period you should not make updates to your site. Once the upgrade is complete, your site will be immediately unfrozen.
• As of April 24th and May 5th 2009 you will be able to access our new Control Panel and will able to edit your site via FTP
