Zetnet's broadband ADSL is an "always on" connection. This means that no matter how long you stay online, there will be no call charges at all. The ADSL signal piggy-backs on your BT telephone line, and allows you to use your phone as normal at the same time as you're on the Internet.

Office 500
Up to 512kbps download speed.

£30.00 (£35.25 inc VAT) per month.

Office 1000
Up to 1024kbps download speed.

£45.00 (£52.88 inc VAT) per month.

Office 2000
Up to 2048kbps download speed.

£80.00 (£94.00 inc VAT) per month.

All Business ADSL connections have: up to 256kbps upload. 20:1 contention ratio. Single static IP address. They include the basic account (50MB webspace, backup dialup account, email addresses, newsgroup access). Minimum contract period is three months. We require one month's notice of cancellation. Service is available only on ADSL-enabled BT exchanges and is subject to survey.

Connection charges

New connection or reconnection

Where there is no current ADSL service in your name on your phone line, or if you're moving premises (whether or not you keep the same phone number). This charge is exactly what BT charge us.

If you have ISDN or Highway and want ADSL, we can arrange that it's converted to an ordinary phone line and ADSL placed on it the same day. BT do make a charge for this.

Migration
If you have an ADSL service on your line from another ISP and you want to switch to Zetnet.

Equipment

ADSL Modem Routers
We can supply high quality ADSL modem routers to use on your ADSL broadband connection. We have two versions:
  • Single or Multiple user. Four ethernet ports. £55.31 (£64.99 inc VAT and delivery) when bought at the same time as ordering ADSL (normally £69.00 (£81.09)).

These are proper routers, which run independently of your computer. The ethernet ports work with any operating system that can run a network card. See the specification here.

Microfilters

You'll need one of these for every piece of phone equipment on your line. What they do is prevent the ADSL signal interfering with your phones (and faxes, and digiboxes) and vice versa.

£5.00 (£5.88 inc VAT and delivery) if ordered at the same time as ADSL service, £6.38 (£7.50) otherwise.

Configuration

Can't set up the modem? We'll do it for you. We will send you your chosen modem already set up with your login details and completely tested. All you need to do is set up your computer and connect the modem to it.
