SurfTime is an add-on option for BT phone lines that allows connectivity to the Internet at a flat monthly rate. Subscribers must first have a BT phone line, and then ask BT to enable the SurfTime option. There are two options: SurfTime Evening and Weekend - which was around £7.00 per month at the time of writing - and SurfTime Anytime, which is around £25.00 and allows 24x7 access. Please note that these are BT line charges, and that a Zetnet account with SurfTime option is required as well.
The service is available on a standard BT line, ISDN Home/Business Highway and ISDN2e (Zetnet do support channel bonding). Please contact BT for more information, or a link is provided to the BT Home Page for your convenience:
Each Zetnet dialup account has an allocated number of hours per month, as shown in the table below, but unlike some other ISPs, we do allow extra hours to be added to the account. Hours are allocated on a monthly basis with entry level accounts including 100 hours per month. Your account can be upgraded to include additional hours each month, or new hours can be requested as needed.
