| 2. Select Accounts
from the Tools menu. |

| 3. Click on Add,
and choose the Mail option. |

| This starts the Internet Connection Wizard.
4. Type the name by which you would like the account
to be known into the field and Click on the Next
button.

| 5. Select I already have an e-mail
address that I'd like to use and type your e-mail address into the
field below and Click on the Next button.

| 6. Make sure that your Incoming
Mail Server is set to POP3 (it should be by default)
7. In the two fields below asking for Incoming
and Outgoing mail servers,
enter the mail server details you have been specified in your details
from ourselves and Click on the Next button. |

| 8. Type your username
in Account Name field and password
in Password field and Click on the Next
button. |

| 9. Click on Finish. |
