1. Open Outlook Express
| 2. Go to Tools on the Menu bar, & select Accounts from the drop-down menu. |  |
| 3. This gives you the 'Accounts' box containing all the accounts that Outlook Express holds. |  |
| 4. Clicking on The New
gives you the option to add a new account. Selecting the Account type
of POP will give the option to Add a (POP) mail account

| 5. Then enter the details:
Account Name: the name by which Outlook refers to the account in the Accounts window. Name: the name that appears in the inbox of whoever you send a mail to. Email address: your eMail address Account ID, password, POP server & SMTP server should be set as supplied in the documentation from ourselves. Click OK

| Adding Newsgroups | |
| To add an account for the reading of newsgroups,
select the News tab in the Accounts
Box & click on the new button. The details you
require for setting up access to the news server are as follows:
Account Name: is the name by which Outlook refers to the account in the Accounts window. E-mail account: This chooses from a list of email accounts that are listed in Outlook News Server: For filtered news use znews.zetnet.co.uk, for unfiltered news use news.zetnet.co.uk You do not need to use the option requiring you to log onto the news server.
